Welcome to Amabi Clothing LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging in any transaction with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1 Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Amabi Clothing LLC, including upfront payments for orders, are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, except as outlined in section 2.
2. Damaged Goods
2.1 Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our products and conduct rigorous quality checks before shipment. In the rare event that you receive damaged goods due to manufacturing defects or issues within our control, we will address the matter as follows:
2.2 Adjustment in Manufacturing Points: Instead of offering refunds for damaged goods, we will provide adjustments in manufacturing points. These points can be applied to future orders with Amabi Clothing LLC. The number of points will be equivalent to the value of the damaged goods, determined at our discretion.
2.3 Notification: You must notify us of any damaged goods within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged items, along with a detailed description of the issues.
3. Lead Time and Shipping
3.1. Amabi Clothing is not Responsible for Loss of Shipment Due to 3rd Party Shipping Company
3.2 Third-Party Shipping Responsibility: Amabi Clothing LLC shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or delay of shipments once they are handed over to third-party shipping companies or carriers. We rely on trusted shipping partners to deliver our products, and their terms and conditions will apply to the shipping process.
3.3 Production Lead Time: Our standard production lead time is approximately three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of your payment and confirmation of the order. This lead time is an estimate and does not account for natural delays or events beyond our reasonable control, which may affect the delivery timeline.
3.4 Shipping Lead Time: Once the products are ready for shipment, they will be shipped within approximately seven (7) days.
4. Payment Clause
4.1 Payment Terms: The total contract amount for the products and services provided by Amabi Clothing LLC is specified in Section 2 of these terms and conditions. Payment for the services rendered shall be made as follows:
4.2 Upfront Payment: The Buyer shall initiate the process by making an upfront payment of thirty percent (30%) of the total contract amount or (50%), as specified in Section 2.2. This payment is due upon the acceptance of these terms.
4.3 Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of seventy percent (70%) or complete payment (100%), as specified in Section 2.3, shall be due and payable when the bulk order production begins.
4.4 Late Payment and Godown Charges: In the event that the Buyer delays the final payment by fifteen (15) days or more beyond the due date specified in Section 7.3, the Buyer shall be liable to pay godown charges of $50 (USD) per day for the duration of the delay. These charges are intended to cover the cost of storage and management of the products during the delay.
4.5 Payment Methods: Payment shall be made by the Buyer in accordance with the payment methods and instructions provided by Amabi Clothing LLC.
4.6 Non-Payment: Failure to make the final payment within thirty (30) days from the due date may result in additional penalties or legal action, as deemed necessary by Amabi Clothing LLC.

Amabi Clothing LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
