Welcome to Amabi Clothing LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These terms and conditions govern all transactions and engagements with our company. By placing an order or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to abide by these terms. Please review them carefully before proceeding

1. No Refund Policy

1.1 Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made to Amabi Clothing LLC, including initial deposits for orders, are non-refundable. As we specialize in producing custom-made apparel tailored to each client’s specific branding, logos, and designs, refunds are generally not feasible. However, exceptions related to manufacturing defects are addressed in Section 2: Damaged Goods.

2. Damaged Goods

2.1 Commitment to Quality
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and conduct rigorous quality checks before shipping. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will resolve the issue as follows:

2.2 Adjustments in Manufacturing Points
Instead of refunds, we offer adjustments in the form of manufacturing points, which can be redeemed on future orders within three (3) months of issuance. The value of these points will reflect the assessed worth of the damaged goods, determined at our discretion.

2.3 Notification Process
To address any concerns, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Include clear photographic evidence of the issue and a detailed description of the problem to help us resolve it efficiently.

3. Lead Time and Shipping

3.1 Third-Party Shipping Responsibility
Once products are handed over to third-party carriers, Amabi Clothing LLC is not liable for loss, damage, theft, or delays during transit. We partner with reputable shipping companies whose terms and conditions apply to the delivery process.

3.2 Production Lead Time
Our typical production lead time is three (3) weeks from the confirmation of payment and order details. This estimate may vary due to factors beyond our control, including delays in receiving finalized designs or requested changes to the order.

3.3 Shipping Lead Time
Once production is complete, shipments are dispatched within approximately seven (7) business days.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Structure
The total contract amount for each order will be agreed upon before production begins.

4.2 Initial Payment
An upfront payment of 30% or 50% of the total amount, as mutually agreed, is required to initiate the order.

4.3 Final Payment
The remaining balance (30% or 50%) is due before bulk production begins.

4.4 Late Payment and Storage Fees
Delays in final payment exceeding fifteen (15) days will incur a storage fee of $50 (USD) per day to cover handling and storage costs.

4.5 Non-Payment Consequences
Failure to pay the remaining balance within thirty (30) days from the due date may result in additional penalties or legal actions.

5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

5.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

5.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Casper, Wyoming, USA.

6. Force Majeure

Amabi Clothing LLC is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Client-Owned Designs
Designs, logos, and trademarks provided by the client remain the client’s property.

7.2 Usage Rights
The client grants Amabi Clothing LLC a non-exclusive license to use submitted designs solely for fulfilling the order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amabi Clothing LLC’s liability is limited to the total payment received for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of our products.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the transaction.

12. Changes to Terms

Amabi Clothing LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
